About Me
Creative Initiator, Always Going the Extra Mile
As a former NCAA full-scholarship women's varsity basketball player, I bring to the table a foundation in teamwork, adaptability, professionalism, and drive.

I specialize in getting scrappy and innovative with solutions; I've often worked in startup environments with a small team and minimal budget, so I'm capable of handling multiple projects at once while consistently going above and beyond in my role. At AMW Group, I trained new hires, supervised interns, and brought in new talent, while managing all top-level PR accounts. At RG Sports Academy, I developed a new brand from scratch, drastically improved website navigation & efficiency, introduced a budget-friendly project management software for all employees, drove sign-ups for an out-of-state Super Bowl 2023 activation, and was the first to implement community outreach efforts at local schools, fairs, and events.
At the Los Angeles Equestrian Center with Legends Global, I've significantly increased social media following, reach, and engagement; increased open and click rates on email campaigns; managed deliverables and activations for all brand partnerships; developed and maintained relationships with community partners and stakeholders; strategized and executed yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars; improved the quality and visibility of onsite signage; and drove a marketing initiative that resulted in hitting a record day of F&B sales.

I live my life as a creative force, often picking up passion projects helping independent music artists and small businesses level up their brands. I have a HUGE passion for the women's basketball space, and often spend my free time going to LA Sparks games and converting my NARP friends into WBB superfans.

Marketing
I've led marketing initiatives across a number of channels, including social media, email, digital ads, print ads, and radio. I've had success in generating leads for private events, driving sign-ups for events, increasing social media engagement and following, and optimizing email campaigns for better click and open rates. Often working in startup environments, I've built new marketing systems with automation, segmentation, more efficient project management, and improved website CMS.
Brand & Partnerships
I have experience in brand integrations and activations, as well as managing partnership accounts and ensuring deliverables are met. I've worked with brands such as John Deere, Postmates, Pepsi, Selkirk, PickleballCentral, and the NFL Alumni Association. In my Legends Global role at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, a 75-acre unicorn venue owned by the city of LA, I constantly engage in mutually beneficial community partnerships and relationships such as the LA Parks Foundation, LAist (NPR), local toursim boards, chambers of commerce, hotels, and more.
Design & Signage
Design is one of my favorite playgrounds to work in. I've built full websites and brands from scratch, including Velocity Pickleball and Ronni's Massage & Body Work. In my role at Legends Global, I regularly create new signage & graphics to promote horse shows and events at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.
Communications
& Public Relations
Starting with my bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, I have a strong foundation in the field of public relations. My experience includes PR strategy and outreach, managing and scheduling interviews, working with live media and press, analyzing PR campaign results, managing weekly communications to boarders and trainers at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and being on call for urgent messages and public statements for a city-owned animal evacuation center.
